Polyacrylonitrile multiple yarn

Polyacrylonitrile multiple is made from polyacrylonitrile filament yarns obtained from the acrylonitrile copolymer solution with methyl acrylate in N, N dimethylformamide (DF grade) or on the base of solution polymerizations of acrylonitrile with Methyl acrylate in dimethylsulfoxide (DS grade). Basic filament polyacrylonitrile yarns are produced with nominal linear density of 50 tex with number of filaments - 450, nominal torsions number per 1 m of the yarn - 90. Polyacrylonitrile yarn is produced with nominal linear density of 1200 tex with number of filaments - 450, with structure 50 tex S90х4S15х6Z25, on cylindrical cross-wound bobbins with flat end faces. The weight of the yarn on the bobbin is set on agreement with the consumer between 1000 and 2100 gram.
